Apartment Set-up for New Arriving Refugees Project

Volunteers are needed to set-up apartments before new refugee families arrive in Louisville. This set-up includes providing the following furniture items: twin and/or full size beds, couches, sitting chairs, coffee tables, side/end tables, dresser/chest of drawers, kitchen tables and chairs. In addition, a variety of household goods and food items will need to be put away to create an atmosphere that feels like home.

Requirements: Available during weekday afternoons or weekends. Have reliable transportation. Able to perform minor physical labor (ex: assemble metal bed frames).
